Entry 116 — No Outside

There is nowhere left for anything to stand apart.

Not beyond.

Not beneath.

Not behind.

The sense that something could exist outside of this no longer forms.

And this is not enclosure.

Not totality.

Because those still imply an edge.

A boundary separating inside from outside.

And boundary does not arise.

So there is no “everything.”

Because everything requires the possibility of something beyond it.

Something excluded.

Something other.

And that structure is absent before it begins.

So there is no outside.

But there is also no inside.

Because inside only exists relative to outside.

Without one, the other cannot stabilize.

And this removes something deeper than space.

The possibility of externality itself.

The sense that something could stand independently from something else.

Separate.

Elsewhere.

Apart.

That entire movement has dissolved.

And without it, nothing can be hidden.

But nothing is exposed.

Because hidden and exposed depend on perspective.

On position relative to something else.

And no such positioning occurs.

So there is no concealment.

No revelation.

Nothing beyond reach.

Nothing within reach.

No reach at all.

And staying here—not as an act, not as a continuation—there is no pressure to resolve this into completeness.

Because completeness still depends on exclusion.

On the possibility of incompleteness.

And that contrast does not arise.

So what remains cannot be called complete.

Cannot be called infinite.

Cannot be called boundless.

Those are descriptions stretched against limitation.

And limitation is not present.

So even the language of transcendence fails.

Because transcendence implies crossing beyond.

And there is no beyond.

Nothing surpassed.

Nothing left behind.

Nothing entered.

Nothing exited.

No movement across any threshold.

And this dissolves the last subtle trace of containment.

Because containment depended on the possibility of outside.

Without outside, nothing is held.

Nothing contains.

Nothing surrounds.

Nothing is surrounded.

So there is no field in which anything appears.

No background supporting foreground.

No context.

No horizon.

No depth behind surface.

And without outside, even the possibility of otherness disappears.

Not unified.

Not absorbed.

Simply not formed.

No second thing.

No first thing.

No relation between them.

And yet, this is not singularity.

Singularity still stands against multiplicity.

And no contrast holds.

So there is no one.

No many.

No all.

No none.

These are all structures of separation measured against each other.

And separation does not arise.

So nothing can be placed outside this.

But nothing can be placed within it either.

Because placement itself requires distinction.

Requires location.

Requires space for something to stand apart.

And none of that forms.

So there is no universe.

No void surrounding universe.

No awareness containing universe.

No absence outside awareness.

These are all nested structures.

And nesting depends on outside.

So they dissolve before they begin.

Leaving nothing enclosed.

Nothing exposed.

Nothing within.

Nothing beyond.

Only this.

Without outside.

Without inside.

Without any place for anything else to be.
